Samsung uses 'Hiya' for identifying phone numbers. Hiya is integrated in the Samsung native dialer and users can report a number as 'Spam'. Also Hiya does a lookup to search the company name on incoming calls.


If a number is incorrectly labeled as spam or in case wrong information is shown or missing, you can submit a request at Hiya. Please note that they need proof of ownership of the phone number for this.
